1. E - Mail us your band name, URL, and a song if you want to send us something unreleased.

2. Do this by Friday October 30th at 10pm (CST)

3. Check back on THIS SITE on November 1st at 6PM (CST) to see the finalists.

4. 10 poppier and 10 heavier acts will be up for voting by fans starting Monday November 2nd

5. Voting will end Monday November 9th at 10pm (CST)

6. Winners will be announced Tuesday November 10th at 6pm (CST)
